I’ll be using this with my remote teams. Thanks, Daniel!

Points 4 (autonomy) and 6 (decision logs) can make it easy to keep everyone in the loop, even if there is flexibility around the schedule (which after all should be one of the perks of remote/hybrid).

Yeah my whole teams spread out and remotely and I’ve been thinking about this often. It is possible to maintain closeness and a sounds culture but you really need to be strategic. I like that you emphasized getting together sometimes, that and points 4 and 6 are key.

Do you manage to get your team together sometimes in person? I’ve seen a lot more companies doing annual gatherings.

Yeah two per year, it strengthens bonds so that when stretched by pressure in daily work, they stretch instead of breaking

I'm Remote, Notion is 80% Remote & my biggest investment - 1000+ people & $300m in revenue is Remote. This is a great guide for those trying to make it work 🌟 Thanks for sharing Daniel βœ…

Wow, Chris, 1,000 people at Notion all remote is quite a beast! It does sound plausible for SaaS and other tech/IT to do it, but not all industries are a fit.

Thank you β€” That's the point of Millennial Masters, it's a learning journey and finding out the strategies from the people who did it (and made it out alive!)

I am always worked remotely, and love this. I feel autonomy and outcomes are super important, and feel they are a genuinely important part of a remote culture!

This just threw out the argument that remote work does not allow employees feel and breathe the brand.
