Yeah my whole teams spread out and remotely and Iβve been thinking about this often. It is possible to maintain closeness and a sounds culture but you really need to be strategic. I like that you emphasized getting together sometimes, that and points 4 and 6 are key.

Yeah two per year, it strengthens bonds so that when stretched by pressure in daily work, they stretch instead of breaking
