Messy hiring is a particularly insidious one. You think you've got all holes plugged and then somewhere down the line the whole thing crashes because of missed signatures or lacking forms.
Yep, that’s happens way too often in my experience, especially with the first hires.
Good reminder to check how well I’ve covered everything! Definitely something that could use a revisit.
I’m curious on what data the claim is based that this kills 50% of all startups. Do you know?
